If you can edit user in java side pls open the page:

• first:  http://:/index.html
• then click user management
• 3rd, search you account and edit it
• 4th, search and add "SERVICES_REGISTRY_READ_WRITE" into your role.
• 5th, save and re-open IE.

then, you can use it.
